there was design.

Kas studied architecture before he entered roofing. His graduate “Climate Responsive Design Thesis,” advised by Professor Baruch Givoni, became a mid-rise residential tower design for northern Tehran, the city where he was born.
That way of thinking still matters: consider the climate, understand the building, and make choices for the long term. Since founding SRS in 2004, Kas has stayed hands-on on every job.
