Our inspection report comes with 35mm/digital photography that shows the particular problems and the general condition of your current roofing system. The report also includes a diagram of the roof along with sizing data and the location/type of different problems present. This report can clarify the current condition of your roof therefore leading to the selection of the best remedy or plan for your buildings roofing needs.
Recommended as first step before execution of any roofing service in particular when analysis is necessary (ie. when considering ‘green’ restoration options and for real estate transactions). Includes all consultation and pricing information.
