Application of low slope roofing systems
When our clients call upon us to rebuild their low slope roofs, we usually apply a two or three layer modified bitumen system with high quality installation methods. If the existing roof does not have an ample amount of slope we can rebuild the deck or add tapered insulation to create a more significant slope that would permanently affect the performance of the roof and therefore increase the value of the building. There are a variety of high performance products and colors available for our customers and they can sometimes be topped with reflective coatings for increased thermal performance when needed.
